Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the SIIT Graduate Scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be applying for a Master’s or Doctoral degree at SIIT, Thammasat University.
  • Must have a strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 2.75 for Master’s applicants and 3.50 for Doctoral applicants.
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree for Master’s programs or both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees for Doctoral programs.
  • Must have good health and a strong academic background in engineering, technology, or related fields.
  • English proficiency test scores such as TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC, or TU-GET are preferred but not required at the time of application.

Selection Process
